Hey, guys, and welcome to my MOVE Active Fitplan! I am so excited you've decided to join me for the next three weeks. This plan is designed to help you get on track with your fitness goals right from your own home. While it's definitely going to take some sweat and determination, my home-based plan means maximum convenience, as you can schedule your workouts whenever is best for you. We are going to be doing four active and three rest days each week, with a mix of different fitness approaches. You won't need any special equipment; pluck and determination are all I ask. I'll be throwing everything at you from HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to cardio- and strength-focused workouts to intense yoga-style stretching to make sure you keep on your toes - literally! I've carefully tailored this plan and each workout session in it to work on increasing your strength, endurance, mobility, and balance while shedding fat and increasing muscle tone and definition. As we progress, I will be right here to guide you on each and every move and to motivate you through those slumps we all go through. The key to your success depends on setting your goals from the get-go and staying committed to them throughout. I can and will give you a healthy dose of daily inspiration, but it's up to you to make a decision to make your fitness a priority and to keep it that way. Now, let's get out there and get to work!

Hi, my name is Danni AKA Dannibelle! I'm a law student, personal trainer, online coach and the owner/founder of DB Active. Growing up I was an Australian National Youth track and field athlete and have been involved in sport and athletics for most of my life. Using my knowledge and experience in strength training, I have created fitness programs which have helped thousand of girls globally. The DB Squad community has given girls access to workouts, advice, support and motivation and has experienced rapid growth with Australian and international tours and events. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness and encourage others to embrace their individuality and strive to be the best version of themselves both physically and intellectually. As a student and business owner I know what it’s like to be time poor but also understand the importance of making your health a priority!
