Are you ready for a full-body challenge? I designed my 30-Day Band Challenge to activate your muscles, improve your cardio and tone your entire body using only resistance bands. We'll start off with 18-minute workouts that will progress to 25 for fun and efficient sessions that'll leave you feeling energized and accomplished. We'll work out for 30 days straight. Yep, no rest —this is a true challenge! Each workout consists of four timed exercises with minimal breaks between sets. All you need are a pair of resistance bands, a little bit of space and the drive be your best. Each workout can be done at home, in your dorm, outside or at the gym —no excuses. Our goal is to be effective and efficient so you can fit this challenge into your lifestyle. 30 workouts, no rest days. Let's do this!

Jen Selter

Jen Selter, the social media innovator widely known for mainstreaming fitness influencers, started her fitness journey in high school while working at the front desk at a local gym. Overwhelmed with post-graduation plans and personal challenges, Jen used fitness as an outlet for relieving her stress.
