I've always experienced the best results when I train with volume and supersets. With today's leg workout, I want you to make sure that you're using a challenging weight. Also, notice the drop set reps. You'll need to add a bit of weight after each set and you'll want to max out at this rep number. Catch your breath between sets and then get back at it. Make sure you're resting no more than 30 seconds between sets. Six Pack Attack is a 2 set circuit. Complete each exercise back to back with no rest in between exercises. Rest 1 minute after your first round.
