We’re going to max out our effort and our results by upping your rep range to the highest it’s ever been; 5 sets of 5 exercises at 25 reps each, and a short 30 second rest. The only piece of equipment you’ll need is a dumbbell. It’s your last recipe to success (but no one is stopping you from starting from day 1 again if you please!).
