In today’s lower-body circuit, we’re using high reps and ‘holds’ to really ignite your fire and feel the burn. A hold in any exercise is a great way to keep consistent resistance amongst your muscles and make things interesting and exciting! I also like to keep my ab exercises at bodyweight or a light-weight to create that long, lean affect, so I’ve added in a few of those to complete your overall transformation. Knowledge is power and I want you to leave this program feeling beautiful, educated, and unstoppable! Rest 60 seconds between sets.
