Now that you're all rested up, it’s back to the fun! Remember, you get the results you want with the work you do, so be sure to dig deep and get low and into your full range of motion! We have a full lower-body routine today with a big focus on your tummy, adding in a Russian Twist for that ‘little middle’ and set fire to your obliques! The last two exercises use time as the burning variable, so watch for those. We’ll be keeping our equipment simple today with just a couple of dumbbells, a stability ball and bosu ball. Keep your rest under 45 seconds. Here we GO!
