We’re going to finish off your fourth week strong with a Selter Circuit that you’ve never done before! It’s super fun! We have 5 exercises, back-to-back for 5 sets, that’s really going to complete this week by shredding your excess body fat and keeping the fire blazing on your road to success! You don’t need equipment for this one, just explode in to your movements, get into your full range of motion and time your rests! It’s time to burn baby, burn! There is no rest between exercises till the end of each round. Between each round rest for only 30 seconds and get back at it!
