Look at how far you’ve come! By the end of this week, you’ll be halfway to the ‘lower body beauty’ that you envisioned from the start! Let’s squat it out in today’s full lower body routine by upping our reps and finish it off with a couple ab supersets to really get that fine physique. Keep your rest under 45 seconds. You’ll see a resistance band for the first time today; I love using bands as it keeps the buns burning by having constant resistance! Alright goal-getter, let’s get that body you deserve!
