Welcome to day two of the ever-improving you! Yesterday, we burned our buns and core. Today, we get to sweat it out with even more fast paced, lower body, high intensity supersets! Supersets are exercises performed back to back with no rest. Rest 60 seconds between sets. Give it your all by exploding into each movement! All you’ll need is a few pieces of equipment and your determined self! Remember, sweat is fat crying!
