Are you looking to get shredded, build real functional strength, and avoid all the bro-lifting hype? Well, then this is the Fitplan for you! Over the next five weeks, we will be working out four times a week through a variety of routines to work upper body, lower body, and core. Our sessions will run 40 minutes, ending with cardio to really get your sweat on, building muscle and shedding fat. Our goal is not to bulk up excessively but to build strength that is both functional and aesthetic, meaning you will not only look good but will still be able to scratch your back! We will be using a combination of machines, weights, and calisthenics to develop your frame from head to toe, giving each muscle group its due attention. Each workout will involve four moves, four sets each, with a mix of traditional and super sets. I know you are ready to crush it. So state your goals loud and clear, keep them at the forefront of your mind, and stay loyal to them. If you do, I know you will be thrilled with the results you achieve. Let's hit it!
