That hot, sexy, toned physique can be achieved in the comfort of your own home! In my program, the couch in your living room could help give you those abs you’ve always wanted. How? You will be using your own body weight, free weights and resources in your household or outdoors. I believe that working out should be both fun and interesting! My Fitplan is an easy to follow, four-week program that is filled with fun, creative and effective exercises. This highly unique workout program is appropriate for all fitness levels and is designed to help get you in the BEST shape of your life. Workouts each day will be different and are designed to build endurance, strength, muscle and improve stability. Over the course of four weeks, you will target all muscle groups: upper back, lower back, abs, obliques, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, back, lower back, shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps. I will be right by your side - coaching you day in, day out. Once our four weeks are up, you should feel stronger, healthier, more confident and much more educated when it comes to fitness! This is only the beginning.
