Workouts each day will be different and are designed to build endurance, strength, muscle and improve stability. Over the course of four weeks, you will target all muscle groups: upper back, lower back, abs, obliques, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, back, lower back, shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps.
