OK, you're halfway through the week and doing an awesome job adjusting to the new pace. We have some new, challenging moves in the mix today, and I know you're going to love them. Single deadlifts to curls are going to really challenge your balance and core stability, and dead man burpees will take your burpees to a new level - just make sure you're set on form here. And the kickbacks to curls to presses are one of my all-time favorite arm combos. Now go out there and dominate!
