Welcome back! We are now into the second phase of my Lean Body at Home Fitplan, and it's time to crank things up a notch. You have shown amazing dedication so far, but it's important to keep the intensity high and the challenges changing so your body doesn't adjust too much. That's why I'm adding some new moves in today, including rear lateral to lateral to forward raises, low rotational chops, double rows to kickbacks, and flyes to triceps extensions. Remember - if it hurts, it's working!
