Awesome work so far! We are closing out Week 2 and with it Phase 1 of my Fitplan today. Give me one more solid push and then rest up over the next two days. It's crucial to really take advantage of these days to recover, as we are pushing our bodies pretty hard, but it's fine if you want to do some stretching, light cardio, or just go for a nice walk to keep your blood flowing. Go out there and be a champ!
