Welcome to Day 1 of my Lean at Body Home Fitplan! I hope you're locked and loaded and ready to get to work. Today is our first circuit routine, and we are focusing chiefly on lower body, with an intense deadlift-curl-press combo as well as some double rows to wake up that upper body, as well.
