Equipment Needed: Dumbbells Hey Fitplan fam welcome to my 6-week lean body program. This is a dumbbell and bodyweight only program that is going to set your metabolism on fire! Every two weeks the workouts will completely change and get a little bit harder to keep pushing your body to a new level. All the Workouts are performed in a circuit style, one exercise after another until you get to the end, then take a 60 second break and start from the top until you complete all the sets.
