OK, today is our final workout, and we are going to finish out with a bang. Today's full body routine is designed to really test everything we have been working so hard on throughout these last four weeks: strength, stability, coordination, and endurance. I'm adding in two snatch moves. First, we're just doing a regular kettlebell snatch, a tried and true full body destroyer. Then, to finish our workout and our Fitplan, we are doing snatches to figure 8's to really push you to your absolute limit. But I know you can handle it! Just keep on breathing, and make every rep count!
