Today is our final upper body routine of the Fitplan, and I've saved the best for last. We're starting off with sit-ups with a kettlebell held straight overhead to get the blood flowing, and then we have seven different and challenging moves cherry-picked from previous routines to work every last fiber of muscle in your upper body and core. I've also added in standing overhead presses in this one so you can show yourself just how much shoulder and back strength, as well as core stability, you've developed.
