You've been doing some seriously great work so far! This is the last week of my Fitplan, and I want you to make it your best yet, now that you and the kettlebell should be old friends. As usual, we're kicking it off with lower body, and I'm introducing all new moves, except for the swings to goblet squats, which you've seen before. The rolling squats are one of my favorite kettlebell moves, and they are sure to get you sweating. Enjoy!
