Good work on that lower body routine! Now it's time to focus on our upper body and core. We are starting things off with a fantastic compound move combining a sit-up with an overhead press, to really wake up our muscles. Then, we have curls, triceps extensions, military presses, kneeling overhead presses, and single arm rows for our upper body, plus toe touches for our core and squats to high pulls for a bit of full body and cardio.
