OK, we are now heading into the second half of my Kettlebell Power Fitplan, and we're going to keep on stepping up the pace to keep you on your toes. Most of these moves are new, so we can continue to challenge your muscles and coordination in different ways, avoiding boredom of the body or the mind. Today we are finishing, rather than starting, with good mornings to really work the posterior chain and hips deeply before you cool down.
