Way to go! You've made it to the halfway mark, and there's just one killer full body workout left until you can grab a couple days of rest. I've got just six moves, all of them new here, but trust me - you are going to be feeling them! Some of these are tricky, so definitely make sure to refer to the demo videos, especially on the Turkish get ups, which take some practice to get down. Don't forget to eat right these next couple of days so your body can rebuild!
