Kettlebell Power

By Corey Calliet

Equipment Needed: Kettlebells Hey, guys, and welcome to my Kettlebell Power Fitplan! Whether you have limited access to a full weight rack or machines, or you simply want to switch things up and work your body through a different type of challenge, kettlebell training is a great way to go. Unlike dumbbells, kettlebells distribute the weight unevenly, meaning a greater challenge for you in terms of counterbalance and stability. Plus, you can hold them by the handle or the horns, meaning there is a huge range of moves you can do with a seemingly simple piece of equipment. I've designed this four-week Fitplan with three workouts per week: one lower body, one upper body, and one full body workout. These are roughly 40 minutes in duration, and believe me, they are extremely intense and highly effective. One of the great advantages of kettlebells is that they work a lot of cardio simultaneous with the strength training, so if you give this plan your all, I guarantee you will see some excellent results and feel stronger and fitter than ever by the end of it. Especially if you're new to kettlebells, make sure to read the exercise tips and check out my demo videos, which will help you understand the proper technique for each move. Kettlebell workouts are definitely highly effective at getting results, but just as with any other type of weight training, poor technique here can lead to strain or even injury. So make so to get comfortable with form before you step up the pace or jack up the weight. Now that that's out of the way, let's get out there and get to work!
