Another fantastic week of great work. We're finishing it up stronger than ever, and ending with four 30-second planks. Remember that your core is called that for a reason - it's at the center of your body and supports just about every move you make. Don't forget that it's crucial to take your rest days just as seriously as your on days. Make sure to get plenty of good sleep and solid meals, then come back next week fresh and ready to get back to work.
