Nice work with the run in places and side straddles! Today, we are introducing another new move, and it's the most classic jump rope move out there, the boxer skip. It's a relatively small movement, with the feet not traveling a great distance, almost like tap dancing. As such, it's a lower impact move, but one that is great for working on rhythm as well as endurance, especially when you use it in a pyramid routine, as we are today.
