Welcome to Week 3! You've been crushing it so far, and this week, we're going to keep our sights high and our energy higher. This week, we're starting off with a full body routine that includes pull ups, chin ups, pushups, squats, lunges, and planks. We're going to nudge the reps up a rip to make sure you stay challenged, but remember that the modifications are there for you if you feel you need them. The important thing is to give today 100% and really make each rep and each step count!
