You're doing great! Today is going to be a fun and challenging combination of jumping rope and bodyweight moves, including push ups, pullups, squats, lunges, and planks. Don't forget to take the time to warm up before you get to work, as you really want to make sure your blood is flowing and you're loose and limber. Note that we're not resting here, but alternating between jumps and bodyweight moves for some seriously intense cardio. You've got this!
