Great job out there yesterday! Today we're going to be doing three rounds of eight pure jump sets, four with the 1/4 pound rope followed by four with the 1/2 pounder. These are all 30-second sets with 10 seconds of rest between sets and a minute between rounds. Since you're starting lighter and then moving up to a heavier rope, pace yourself and avoid using up all your juice with the 1/4 pound rope, which you'll quickly see is much easier to move than the 1/2 pound rope.
