Welcome to Day One of our JRD Fitplan! We hope you're psyched to get started on your fitness journey, but it's important that you check out our follow-along plan to ensure you are working effectively while avoiding risk of injury. We're going to start things off today with a one-minute warmup and then get right into a pyramid workout using the 1/2 pound rope, going from 60-second sets down to 10-second sets, then back up to 60 again, in 10-second increments. You're going to do three rounds, resting a minute between rounds and 10 seconds between sets. Do the thing!
