Equipment Needed: Jump Rope Hey, guys, and welcome to our JRD Rapid Weight Loss Fitplan! Over the course of the next month, we're going to be helping you to achieve your healthiest, fittest you yet while training you to become a true jump rope master! Through a combination of jump rope and bodyweight moves, we'll be shedding fat, building lean muscle, and boosting your overall performance and endurance levels all at the same time. Except for Week 1, we'll be working out five times per week with each training session lasting 30-40 minutes. By combining a variety of jumping movements with classic calisthenics using nothing but your own body weight, these workouts will ensure that you're activating every muscle from head to toe while getting in some serious cardio as well. So prepare to sweat it out! This Fitplan is designed for any fitness level going in, as we will be working through stages to boost your fitness level each week. As you grow in strength and ability, we'll be adding in more complex moves for more challenging workouts. You'll also notice that our follow-along plan offers modifications for any moves that you're uncomfortable doing, so that you can customize your workouts as needed. Stick with it, and you'll be amazed by just how much of a transformation you can achieve using nothing but a jump rope and your own body. Do the thing!
