Can't touch your toes - no problem! Joga is designed for the tighter athletic body and rather than focusing on being bendy, Joga focuses on a balance of strength and mobility. It's designed to re - align your body and balance asymmetries so you can move better, with more efficiency and less risk of injury. My Fitplan is designed so that in 28 days, you will start in foundations and work up to Level 11. My work with professional athletes has forced me to create programs that are short but effective and that produce results. Joga cultivates results as it optimizes the human system with a strategic focus on integrating the subsystems of the body, ie. respiratory system, nervous system, muscular skeletal system, circulatory system, endocrine system, digestive system and lymphatic system.
