My new Fitplan is an 8 week program that will have you working out 4 days a week for 45 minutes each session.We’ll combine reps & sets with circuits to really get your heart rate up! This is a full body plan, with an emphasis on abs and lower body, so if you want to build and shape your booty from home, this plan is for you!

Zoe Andersen

Hey guys! I’m Zoe Andersen aka @zoehappyfit, and like most women I struggled for many years with useless and damaging diets, a booty with no tone at all and a complete lack of self confidence. I grew up being told that cellulite is genetic and if you have it, you can’t get rid of it and that having a fit body is mainly due to genetics as well. Then, when I was 26 I started my fitness journey and after a lot of trial and error, I found out that with the right exercises, I could actually shape my body the way I want! I also came to realize that being healthy goes far beyond simply having a fitter body, but that it all starts with loving yourself the way you are while working to achieve your goals, and this is the message I want to share.
