Way to go! We are at the halfway mark in my Fitplan, and I truly hope you are feeling confident, strong, and motivated to continue working toward even further gains. We are moving into a new phase here, so I have switched things up to keep you challenged and having fun. Today is mainly focused on your legs and glutes, but I also have some great moves for your chest, triceps, back, and core.
