Great job! We are closing out Week 3 today, and - you guessed it - we are keeping that intensity level high! Our main focus is your lower body, but as usual, I like to mix things up and make sure our upper body doesn't get neglected. So we have some push up plusses, bent over rows, and, to finish, beginner burpees. This is one of the all-time most effective all body moves, with added cardio, so make sure you give it your all!
