Fantastic job so far! We are at the close of another week of great work, and now is no time to slack off! Just like last week, let's finish with a high-intensity full body workout that will fire you up from head to toe. Try to really keep that intensity high as you progress through today's circuits, so we get the added benefit of cardio. And remember, work like a warrior today and then you can rest up right tomorrow and the next day knowing you earned it!
