Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Resistance Band, Booty Band, Swiss Ball As a professional athlete and trainer, I am all about finding out where my limits are and pushing them even further! At the same time, I believe in working in a structured way, stage by stage, both to give your body the time it needs to adjust to new demands being placed on it, and also to avoid risk of injury. I designed this plan to get you into awesome shape even if you are working out from home, or are without access to a gym for any other reason. All you need is some dumbbells, a Swiss ball, a few bands, and something you can step up onto, and you are all set to turn your home into your personal workout space. Over the course of the next month, I am going to guide you through my program of three workouts per week specially designed to maximize your gains in minimal time. We will be working through two circuits per workout for a total of 30 minutes per session, with a special emphasis on lower body and core strength, as well as general conditioning. The intensity is going to be high from the outset, and will continue to rise as you build more strength and develop your mind-body connection. I will be here throughout your journey to motivate and guide you through every single move, so that you can build confidence and turn your hard work into solid results. Stay true to your goals, work it hard, be consistent, and you have my word that you will see some amazing gains in strength, coordination, flexibility, and even your mood.
