One more push before we close out the week, and you knew it was going to be a good one! I love the combination of Air Squats and Band Squat Thrusters, as we are basically starting with a squat, then adding a squat plus an overhead press for a more challenging combo. Don't lose your form! Focus on perfect squats in both moves: sending your hips back to drop into the squat, driving explosively through your heels to come up out of it.
