Oh yeah, today closes Week 1, and I hope you are feeling pumped! I am sure your body is registering all the hard work we have done so far, but give me one last day this week of total concentration, then you can take a couple days' rest. Today's focus is on balance, so we are going to be drawing in our stabilizing muscles a lot, as well as working on coordination and mobility. Give those X Planks a run for their money - they are some serious shredders!
