You ready to rock? I hope so. Today is Day 1 of our Fitplan, and we are kicking it off with drill sets. These are inspired by athletic drills done to get your body up to speed, with the explosive speed and strength you need to tackle any challenge. If we want our bodies to respond to the work we do, we are going to work hard. Remember, it's circuit training, so do each exercise one right after the other, and then start the circuit again. So let's give it our all today and really make it count!
