Great job yesterday! Time to focus on our lower body, and today we are truly stepping things up. We are doing four sets of all but our last move, so prepare for a real sweat-a-thon! Just focus on one rep at a time, and I assure you, you can do it! As always, make sure you eat well and rest up tomorrow, as we are really asking a lot of your body, and we need to let it recover to stay in peak form!
