Today is another Mad Muscle day focusing on our lower body. Remember that it's especially crucial to replenish nutrients and hydrate on leg days, because these are the largest muscles in your body, so they need the most calories to rebuild. I've added adduction lifts and glute pumps to our repertoire to really sculpt those legs and booty. Have fun out there today!
