Welcome to my Full Body Lifestyle Guide Fitplan! After receiving such great feedback from my first Lower Body and Booty Guide Fitplan, I've decided to bring you my new guide that's focused on putting your whole body to work. This plan is designed specifically to hit all the different areas of your body to tone, sculpt, and lift. We'll have days dedicated to your upper body, lower body, core, cardio, and even HIIT days to help with endurance and to shed some fat. Each workout is different, so you'll never be bored and unmotivated! I've included my favorite Stairmaster for cardio and we'll even use the treadmill for some inclined walking. There are high volume workouts, supersets, and circuits throughout the 12 weeks to get you in the best shape. This plan is beyond easy to follow and you won't even need a gym to get the job done! I've designed this plan to be used with minimal equipment so you can exercise at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere else. These workouts can also be completed within 30 to 60 minutes, too. So if you're in a time crunch, this plan is for you! There's no need for fancy gym equipment or hours spent working out to get in the shape you desire. Throughout these 84 days, you'll see your booty grow bigger, your core get tighter, and your arms and upper body will be sculpted and toned. You'll walk away looking and, more importantly, feeling like your best self. This is a lifestyle guide, so you can do this more than once to maintain results and continue living a healthy lifestyle long after the 12 weeks has concluded. It's never too late to start your fitness journey and get the results you want.
