My new Fitplan will help you craft the necessary habits to stay consistent and build a healthy lifestyle. Over the next 10 weeks we'll work out 5 days a week for 25 minutes a day. The only equipment you'll need is a booty band and your own bodyweight. We’ll focus on burning fat in your thighs and midsection, while building lean muscle in your glutes. I’ll also teach you some of my favorite warmups and cool downs to increase your mobility. Put in the effort, be consistent, and I promise you will get the results you want!
