Welcome back for week two, I hope you’re excited to get moving again! We'll be kicking things up a notch with some new moves, so make sure you’re really focusing on form – this will help you get the most out of every rep and avoid injury. You're going to feel a burn in the lower body especially as we get into this one, starting off with crab walks and lunges. Push yourself through each exercise, saving your rest for between circuits. It's not easy, but you'll feeling amazing at the end, so keep at it!
