Congratulations on sticking to your goals and making it to the end of the week! Today’s circuit workout incorporates some cardio elements that will get your heart pumping, so you'll be able to go into the weekend knowing you put in some work! Although the next two days are focused on rest and recovery, I want you to make sure you are still moving your body. Light movement such as walking will keep the body primed so we can keep up the momentum for next week. Let's do this!
