Welcome to the first day of my Fit in 15 program, and congratulations on taking the first step for your health by being here today! We’ll be kicking things off with a full body circuit that'll ease you into a movement routine, wake your muscles up, and get blood flowing through your entire body. Get ready to feel a lot of activation in your core, back, and glutes (i.e. your booty) in today's workout! I want you to work from one exercise to the next, resting for 30-60 seconds between each circuit, for a total of 4 rounds. Make sure to take a look at the exercise cues so you start doing these moves with proper form right away. Let's do this!
