Welcome to the Fit in 15 program, and congratulations on taking the first step for your health by being here today! We’ll be kicking things off with a full body circuit that'll ease you into a movement routine, wake your muscles up, and get blood flowing through your entire body. Get ready to feel a lot of activation in your core, back, and glutes (i.e. your booty) in today's workout! I want you to work from one exercise to the next, resting for 60 seconds between each circuit, for a total of 4 rounds. Make sure to take a look at the exercise cues so you start doing these moves with proper form right away. Let's do this!
