No Equipment Needed If you’ve never stepped foot into a gym before (or it’s been a really long time since you’ve exercised) this two-week plan is everything you need to ease into a fitness routine while building a solid base of strength and confidence. No gym and no equipment required! And with only 15 minutes per workout, this means no excuses to get in the way of prioritizing your health! Your main focus for this plan will learning the correct form so your body can get used to basic movement patterns you’ll see in future workouts, while safely building up strength in your major muscle groups. We'll only be working out three days a week, allowing plenty of time for rest and recovery while still achieving the goal of getting your body moving and heart pumping! All you need is your own bodyweight and the motivation to get started. You won’t regret it!

Dasha Gaivoronski is an online fitness influencer and certified personal trainer. You may also recognize her from the 2018 Bachelor Australia where she shines with her quick wit and genuine personality. As a single mother, Dasha provides a glowing example of how to turn your struggles into your success. After moving from Russia to Australia with her newly born son, Leon, Dasha admits she hit a low point with her health. Deciding that time was no longer going to be an excuse, she started creating her own at-home functional workouts. Exercise soon became Dasha’s biggest outlet, igniting a passion that led her to pursue her personal training certification.
