If you’ve never stepped foot into a gym before (or it’s been a really long time since you’ve exercised) this workout is everything you need to ease into a fitness routine while building a solid base of strength and confidence. No gym and no equipment required! And with only 15 minutes per workout, this means no excuses to get in the way of prioritizing your health! Your main focus for this day will learning the correct form so your body can get used to basic movement patterns you’ll see in future workouts, while safely building up strength in your major muscle groups. All you need is your own bodyweight and the motivation to get started. You won’t regret it!
