Tone and tighten your whole upper body and your core in today's workout! We'll start off with a light superset of dumbbell presses and front raises to warm up your shoulders before moving into the working sets. Following the shoulder exercises, we'll continue onto tricep push-ups to target your chest and triceps, and then a few row variations to help create a lean and toned back! We'll finish things off with some planks to keep that core in check. Let's do this!
